Series model ZLYJ /ZSYJ gearbox(Speed Reducer) is a transmission specially designed for a single screw extruder, in which there are high precision hardend gears and thrust block. It has features that all the gears and axis are made of high strength alloy steel. All the gears are made by carburization process、quenching process and tooth grinding process. The gear precision is up to grade 6 specified in standard GB10095-888. The hardness of gear surface is HRC54~62. At the front end of hollow input axis, there is overspecification thrust bearing that will bear an axial thrust while the screw is working. All the other standard components, such as the bearings and the oil seals are assorted with well-know brands. Our products are widely used in Plastic,Rubber,Palm Oil etc. industry.
